PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT
Information Collected Automatically
When you visit the Site, we may automatically collect certain information about your device, including information about your web browser, IP address, time zone, and some of the cookies that are installed on your device. HOW DO WE USE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?
We use the Device Information that we collect to help us screen for potential risk and fraud (in particular, your IP address), and more generally to improve and optimize our Site (for example, by generating analytics about how individuals interact with the Site, and to assess the success of our marketing and advertising campaigns).
We use the Applicant Information to conduct our recruitment process and to evaluate you in the context of a potential offer of employment.
SHARING YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
We share your Applicant Information with our employees involved in recruiting, as well as our service providers, including those who provide IT services and services related to recruitment. We also share your Personal Information with third parties to help us use your Personal Information, as described above. DO NOT TRACK
Do Not Track (DNT) is a privacy preference that users can set in some web browsers, allowing users to opt out of tracking by websites and online services. At the present time, the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C) has not yet established universal standards for recognizable DNT signals and therefore, the Site does not recognize DNT.
We store Personal Information using reasonable physical, technical and administrative safeguards to secure data against foreseeable risks, such as unauthorized use, access, disclosure, destruction or modification. Although we make good faith efforts to store the information we collect in a secure operating environment that is not available to the public, we cannot guarantee complete security. VISITORS LOCATED IN THE EUROPEAN ECONOMIC AREAS
If you located in Europe, you have the right to access personal information we hold about you and to ask that your personal information be corrected, updated, or deleted. If you would like to exercise this right, please contact us through the contact information below. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the applicable supervisory authority in the country in which you are located.
Additionally, if you are located in Europe we note that we are, at your initiation, processing your information in order to fulfill contracts we might have with you, including taking pre-contractual steps (for example if you apply for a job through the Site), where we have obtained your consent to use personal information, or otherwise to pursue our legitimate business interests listed above. You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. The withdrawal of consent shall not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal. Additionally, please note that your information will be transferred outside of Europe, including to Canada and the United States.
We maintain Applicant Information for three years from the recruitment for the position you applied for or until you withdraw your consent, if you have given consent to the processing for future recruitment processes.
Under Age 13
Our Site is not specifically directed toward children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from persons under the age of 13 on our Site without verifiable parental consent. If we learn that a child under the age of 13 has submitted personally identifiable information online without parental consent, we will take all reasonable measures to delete such information from our databases and to not use such information for any purpose (except where necessary to protect the safety of the child or others as required or allowed by law). Under Age 18
Minors under 18 years of age may have the Personal Information that they provide to us through the Site deleted by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org requesting deletion. Please note that, while we make reasonable efforts to comply with such requests, deletion of your personal information does not ensure complete and comprehensive removal of that data from all systems.
